The Data Spaces Symposium (DSS) 2027 is now accepting sponsorship applications. Organizations wishing to support the premier European event on data spaces and to engage directly with its community of practitioners, policymakers and researchers can choose from three packages designed to match different levels of involvement.
Under the theme Value at Scale, Trust by Design, the 2027 programme is organized around three focal areas: the business value and impact of data spaces; scaling as the route to financial viability and long-term sustainability; and data spaces as enablers for industrial AI and a foundation for its trustworthiness. The European Data Space Awards will recognize initiatives that have made measurable progress in these areas.
Three tiers of sponsorship
The Bruges package (€3,000 + VAT) provides logo visibility on the event website and materials, social media recognition and one complimentary event ticket. Sponsors at this tier may additionally book a 120-minute session room for €1,500 + VAT.
The Liège package (€7,000 + VAT) extends the above with a dedicated exhibition booth — a 2 x 2m space with a designed back wall, screen and furniture — and two complimentary tickets. The optional session room is available at the same add-on rate.
The Antwerp package (€10,000 + VAT) is the flagship tier. In addition to everything included at Liège level, it provides a 15-minute pitching opportunity on the main program, subject to Steering Committee approval, and three complimentary tickets.
Partnership package for EU-funded projects
A dedicated Project package (€3,000 + VAT) is available exclusively to EU-funded projects (Research and Innovation Actions, Innovation Actions, Coordination and Support Actions or comparable). It includes logo visibility, social media recognition, two additional complimentary tickets and a 90-minute room for a project meeting or session. Projects may optionally add a booth for €2,000 + VAT.

Booth spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizations interested in sponsoring DSS 2027 are invited to express their interest by writing to events@dssc.eu.
